The dataset contains the analysis of contrail occurrence in cirrus clouds over Northern Midlatitudes and Southeast Asian Subtropics for the period 2014 to 2021.

The data refer to the figures published by Petzold et al. in Nature Communications, manuscript no. NCOMMS-25-28008A.
